They encourage participants to gain perspective on their own practices and responsibilities, while challenging each person to consider how they contribute to the success of the collective.

The world of fighter aviation—and particularly that of the Patrouille de France (French Air Force Aerobatic Team)—extends far beyond its spectacular displays.
By drawing meaningful parallels, it sheds light on the human challenges that organisations face every day and that ultimately determine the strength and success of a team.

Designed for Organisations That Put People at the Heart of Performance

The organisations that choose Virginie Guyot’s keynote speeches are looking for a thoughtful and distinctive perspective on the human dimension of performance, shaped by a rare experience of leadership in operational environments.
They understand that trust and teamwork, commitment and self-improvement, leadership under pressure, and effective risk management are all essential to collective success.
The themes presented below reflect the core areas explored in her keynote speeches. Each presentation is tailored and enriched to address the specific challenges and priorities of every organisation.

  • Trust & Team Cohesion

    Trust is the foundation of all collective performance.

    Virginie Guyot explains how it is built in practice: through clearly defined roles, high-quality communication, and mutual respect.

    Drawing on real-life experiences, she highlights the key factors that foster strong team cohesion—capable of withstanding pressure, uncertainty and the unexpected.

  • Leadership & Management

    Leadership is not something that can be claimed; it is something that is demonstrated—at every level.

    It carries a responsibility: to provide meaning and direction, to make decisions, to take ownership, and to create the conditions in which trust can flourish.

    Drawing on her experience as the first woman to lead the Patrouille de France (French Air Force Aerobatic Team), Virginie Guyot shares a vision of leadership that brings people together around a common purpose and transforms individual commitment into collective momentum.

    She illustrates a style of leadership that brings coherence to action, strengthens commitment, and creates the conditions for lasting collective performance.

  • Commitment & Motivation

    Commitment begins when everyone understands their role and the value of their contribution.

    In high-pressure environments, motivation is not sustained by inspiring speeches, but by a clear framework, consistent leadership, and strong team solidarity.

    Virginie Guyot explains how to foster lasting commitment, even in the most demanding environments, by strengthening individual responsibility in service of the collective.

  • Risk Management & Decision-Making

    In fighter aviation, risk never disappears; it is anticipated, prepared for and managed.

    Drawing on real-life operational experiences, Virginie Guyot shares proven approaches to risk management, mission preparation and post-action analysis, all aimed at strengthening safe and sustainable collective performance.

    She presents practical methods—including rigorous preparation, structured briefing and factual debriefing—that help reduce risk while improving the quality of execution.

FAQ

ABOUT VIRGINIE GUYOT

What was Virginie Guyot's role within the Patrouille de France?

A fighter pilot in the French Air and Space Force, Virginie Guyot joined the Patrouille de France (French Air Force Aerobatic Team) in 2008 as the team’s “Charognard” — the aircraft positioned at the rear of the formation — before becoming its Leader in 2010.

She was the first woman to command this prestigious unit, made up of nine pilots flying just two metres apart, at speeds of up to 800 km/h (500 mph), often inverted and experiencing forces of up to 7 g.

Has any other woman led the Patrouille de France since Virginie Guyot?

No. No other female fighter pilot has joined the team since 2010. To this day, Virginie Guyot remains the only female leader in the history of the Patrouille de France, and the only woman in the world to have led a national aerobatic team.

This unique experience continues to shape her work as a professional female keynote speaker, where she shares insights into female leadership, trust and teamwork in demanding environments.

Is Virginie Guyot still serving in the military?

Virginie Guyot served for eighteen years in the French Air Force, both as a fighter pilot and as an officer.

She left active service in 2015 to focus fully on her career as a professional keynote speaker and her work with companies and organisations.

Today, she holds the rank of Colonel in the operational reserve, allowing her to maintain an active connection with the military.

VIRGINIE GUYOT'S KEYNOTES

How is a Virginie Guyot keynote different from a G-TURN Agency programme?

Virginie Guyot’s keynotes are inspiring talks rooted in her experience as a fighter pilot and Leader of the Patrouille de France (French Air Force Aerobatic Team). Through her keynotes, she shares insights into leadership, team cohesion and collective performance.

G-TURN Agency programmes take a different, more in-depth approach. They provide an opportunity to put the principles explored during the keynote into practice through workshops, masterclasses, training programmes, and coaching for teams and leaders.

These programmes may be delivered by different members of the G-TURN Agency team and often provide an operational follow-through to a keynote, helping teams embed methods and tools into their day-to-day practices over time.

The two approaches are therefore highly complementary: a keynote opens up new perspectives and inspires teams, while a G-TURN programme provides the opportunity to work more deeply and over time on leadership and management practices.

Who are Virginie Guyot's keynote speeches designed for?

Virginie Guyot’s keynotes are designed for organisations of all sizes and across all industries. She speaks to major French and international companies as well as SMEs, small businesses and growing start-ups, at seminars, conventions and corporate events.

Her keynotes are regularly delivered across a wide range of sectors, including industry, aerospace, energy, automotive, transportation, telecommunications, technology and artificial intelligence, luxury, banking, insurance, real estate and construction, as well as healthcare, research and the pharmaceutical industry.

Virginie Guyot also speaks to public-sector organisations, university hospitals, professional federations and confederations, as well as regulated professions such as accountants, notaries and lawyers.

Whatever their size or sector, these organisations share a common ambition: to help their teams develop stronger leadership and management practices, strengthen team cohesion and achieve greater collective performance.

Who typically attends Virginie Guyot’s keynote speeches?

Virginie Guyot’s keynotes are designed for a wide range of audiences within organisations, wherever leadership, collaboration and collective performance are central to their work.

They are particularly relevant for:

  • Executives and executive committee members, facing challenges around decision-making, engagement and a shared vision;
  • Managers and middle managers, who play a key role in team dynamics and in turning decisions into action;
  • HR, transformation, communications and change management leaders, involved in evolving management practices and organisational culture;
  • Operational, technical and project teams, who need to work closely together and perform effectively in demanding environments.

More broadly, these leadership keynote speeches are relevant to anyone looking to build trust, strengthen collaboration and achieve lasting improvements in the way teams work together.

Does Virginie Guyot deliver keynote speeches on women in leadership?

Yes. Virginie Guyot regularly speaks on women in leadership, both through dedicated keynotes and at events exploring the role of women in the workplace.

As a women’s leadership keynote speaker, she draws on her own experience in traditionally male-dominated environments to explore these issues through the realities of her own leadership journey.

Her approach, however, is not about opposing female leadership to male leadership. Above all, she shares what her distinctive experience has taught her about leadership: the importance of trust, responsibility and the strength of the team.

Her experience as a fighter pilot and Leader of the Patrouille de France (French Air Force Aerobatic Team) gives her a practical perspective on these issues, in environments where performance depends above all on behaviours and practices.
