Message : Hello, Schneider Electric is hosting an internal event for the Strategic Customers & Segment (SC&S) community from April 3rd to April 5th in Paris Center, at Hotel Pullman Bercy. This event is targeting towards the entire 300+ global community of SC&S Organisation which is composed of Sales teams (Strategic Account Executives, International Account Executives, Regional Segment Leaders, Key Account Managers), Solutions Architects and Strategy and Marketing people. This community is working across 8 different segments (Consumer Packaged Goods, Mobility, Energy and Chemicals, Buildings, Data Centers, Power and Grid, Water-Waste Water and Mining, Metals and Minerals). The mission of the SC&S group is to develop strategic, trusted, and long-term partnerships with large customers to support Digital and Sustainable goals. The theme of this event is: “Getting TOGETHER, learn from each other’s, and jointly shape our transformation to push the envelope.” After 4 years not being together, this event is an amazing opportunity to reignite the power of SC&S community and accelerate on strategic topics: – Building strong relationships at all levels of our accounts – Bringing the best value propositions to our customers – Driving the best solutions to our customers, together with the BUs and Sales – Making our customer journey digital The common thread being TOGETHER, each session will be organised on an interactive format including peer coaching, best practices sharing, panel discussions and group coaching. To reinforce the “togetherness” ambition and bring it to the next level, we would like to invite Virginie Guyot as our inspirational speaker on a plenary session April 5th 2022, with some energising food for thoughts on Teamwork, Collaboration, Extended Team Management, Motivation and “Dream Big” mindset. This physical event is a key moment to re-energise our teams, raise the bar on ambitions and targets, accelerate on business priorities and transformation and highlight collective work and successes within the community.
